How to get to Can-Umantad Falls?
If you are to a public transportation, hire a “habal-habal” or a motorcycle. They always stay near the highway. I suggest you ride the same motorcycle back and forth for a sure travel. It is quite far from the highway. Only few motorcycle stay in Can-Umantad to fetch passengers. Make an agreement with the driver either will they wait for you or will just come back on the time agreed.

We were four traveler then. Divided by two, the other half tracked the private entrance while we went after the public entrance.

There is a dressing room in Can-Umantad falls wherein travelers allowed to change clothes. There is also one cottage worth P150.00.

There you will see the cottage and dressing room for travelers.

As we headed back, we chased the path towards the private entrance. It was a very long-high-peak walk consisting of approximately 214 staircase. It was quite wearying. Just be sure to watch every step. You’ll get to passed the natural swimming area where there is also a floating cottage.

We reach to the private entrance and i was shocked that we charge of the the exit fee. That was because we enter into a private property told the person in-charge.

The Eleuterio’s had just open last December 12, 2015.
There are available rooms which cost P1000.00 per night and a tent outside fronting the rice terraces worth P400.00 per night, for those who want to stay. There is also a restaurant.

Very relevant/helpful content, great photos, simple but clear instructions, and very fun to read.
