Tips and lessons I learned during the Nikon Photo walk 2019 in Cebu

“One of the reason why I used kitlens (18-55mm) for this walk was for me to capture the whole story in a picture. I just loved how I framed the shot. Each subject in the photo have to tell a story about their morning lifestyle.” (ISO-400, 1/125 sec, f/8, 18mm)

The NIKON PHOTOWALK 2019 in CEBU just concluded last September 28, 2019 from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (PST). It was joined by around 65 Nikon Photographers from Bohol, Cebu, Dumaguete and other provinces. It was the first time Nikon held a Photowalk in Cebu (correct me if was wrong) and luckily I have joined. The meet up point was at San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish Church in Candido Padilla Street, Cebu City while the end point was at Fort San Pedro in Plaza Independencia.

By the way, Photowalk is an activity of camera enthusiasts and hobbyist gather together in group to walk around and take pictures of the things that captures their interest. It could also be done alone.

It also has 20000 different colors of tulips and roses. Just like in 10000 Roses Cafe, these flowers of Jardin Necitas are synthetic. They pleasantly bloom at night.
