Trekking at Mt Padhan in Maribojoc, Bohol

The year 2019 had just started and it seems like hiking is my new mantra. Our first stop is at Mt. Padhan in Dipatlong, Maribojoc. A big Cross in that mountain is mostly visited by Pilgrims during Lenten Season. The first station of the Cross is found at the foot of the mountain and the rest of the fourteen Station of the Cross thereafter.

Few months ago, people were jump-packed at Bagumbayan, Pilar, Bohol to visit the newly opened Jardin Necitas, the Bohol’s Glowing Garden. The difference between the two is that in the former there is a tour guide that will tell you about the history of Lamanok Island while the latter is a private resort with a secluded short-white-sand beach. Both have caves but the one I’ve experienced with was the latter.
