“One of the reason why I used kitlens (18-55mm) for this walk was for me to capture the whole story in a picture. I just loved how I framed the shot. Each subject in the photo have to tell a story about their morning lifestyle.” (ISO-400, 1/125 sec, f/8, 18mm)
The NIKON PHOTOWALK 2019 in CEBU just concluded last September 28, 2019 from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM (PST). It was joined by around 65 Nikon Photographers from Bohol, Cebu, Dumaguete and other provinces. It was the first time Nikon held a Photowalk in Cebu (correct me if was wrong) and luckily I have joined. The meet up point was at San Nicolas de Tolentino Parish Church in Candido Padilla Street, Cebu City while the end point was at Fort San Pedro in Plaza Independencia.
By the way, Photowalk is an activity of camera enthusiasts and hobbyist gather together in group to walk around and take pictures of the things that captures their interest. It could also be done alone.
Travelling for me is something like an escape from the stressful reality. Somehow, by giving a breath of air will lessen the stress I am feeling. One place that we did visit was the 10000 Roses Cafe of Cordova in Cebu.

On October 21, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI canonised Calungsod in Saint Peter’s Square. – Wikipedia
My friend was very vocal about visiting the San Pedro Calungsod Church in Cebu. My attention got also caught since I heard good things about the church specially its structure plus the fact that it was the church that “Kaye Abad and Paul Jake Castillo” wedding happened. Luckily, it came true. We went there.
I have been hearing people talking about Temple of Leah. So I got curious what is it really about. There i found out that it is a Temple found in Cebu. My interest made me look forward to have a visit to the place sooner. So here I am making this article of Temple of Leah and our little but amazing experience.
